Rented from Joey and Dakota just under a year and had a great experience. Always had someone coming to take a look if something was wrong right away and always was polite about working around my shift work schedule. Ended up buying a house to have something more permanent, but would highly recommend renting from them if someone is looking for a place to rent!
Management has been very helpful with the application process and has done above and beyond what a tenant could ask for. Would recommend to any future renter.
