Very quick response to a request i had today. It was fixed in less than 1 hr. I truly appreciate it, and also thanks to Arturo for being emphatic with the situation i was dealing with, it wasn't serious but i didn't know until he came and fixed it.
Excellent, well-maintained apartments with phenomenal staff. Adam along with the rest of the maintenance crew I've met have all been friendly, helpful, and quick to fix any issues that have come up. The same and more can be said of Norm, who does more than his part to help make the place feel more like a neighborhood than a complex. Not a bad place to live if it's in your price range.
I just renewed my lease after my third year with the help of Norman, who was extremely kind and professional, as all the staff continue being caring and thorough. I feel safe with my complex and the people who run it.
Norman made the move in process simple and painless. Moving is a real hassle, so it was a great how Norman walked me through all the particulars of Summer Winds in Las Vegas.
