I have been living at summer winds for 5 years and I’ve never had issues. This place has always been good vibes. From my neighbors to the office staff. Norman is always amazing and VERY helpful! He always goes above and beyond and was definitely a lifesaver the other day when my car battery died he was off the clock and still came over to jump my car and make sure it was running and I was good. We definitely need more Norman’s!!!
My AC stopped working and Charles from maintenance quickly brought me a portable ac unit and had my ac back and running quickly. Charles is great!
Charles is always polite and professional. I greatly appreciate how well he explains possible solutions and what the problem may have been. I am treated very well by Charles and I believe him to be a great asset to the Summerwinds community.
