This is a long time coming. This place has been a problem ever since Gus and Gus Gus took over. There are roaches in basically every building. The outside of our place remains still unpainted after almost 2 years, windows still cracked. Everytime you call maintenance it's a shoddy job at best. They have now begun to lay massive pointy rocks in all the dirt areas that children and dogs have been using for years. Very nice comfortable living and Shannon the mgr of the community is the best mgr I have ever rented from. five star mgr if ever questioned.

I lived here for a year. The day I moved in it was dirty. The staff told me it had been cleaned and didn’t believe me until I showed them pictures of the pee in the toilet, roaches on the carpet and food on the counters. Maintenance was great to get working appliances and ceiling fans within a week but unfortunately that didn’t take care of the roaches. My building was infested. The only thing they would do was send someone to spray the outside of the building. It never got rid of them. Many stray cats and pigeons everywhere... read more
Good for the price I got. Haven’t really had any issues. Plus the office is always helpful and friendly. Leslie and Norman are my favorites!
