Today I had a very good first time visit with Summer Willis, NP. She was very thorough with my exam and got right to taking measures to help me with my frozen shoulder. Very efficient and very caring. Also, the staff that I met were all very polite. I'm glad my primary care doctor referred me to this clinic and I will definitely use it in the future. Highly recommend.
She was very kind and personable to talk to. Also, she was thorough with her exam of my knee. She explained everything in detail and was very helpful.
Worst service ever! I requested an appointment with Dr. Grooters, but FNP Summer Willis attended me. She requested new X-Rays, when they already had mine online from Open Imaging. I declined! She came in for 5 minutes, and left and never say good bye or have a nice day. Worst service from her and her male nurse. The male nurse just came in at the end and handed me some papers, and he did not even explain them to me.
