Great place to live! I stayed here for over a year now and I certainly enjoyed my stay. The neighbors are nice, great neighborhood, nice inside but the parking sucks it has a limited amount of parking spaces for such a huge complex.
I move here to Gadsden in May of last year. I apply to Summer Water Apartment, it is an awesome place to live. I never had a problem since I move in. The inspection is great, maintenance is right on time for repairs.
I get off work at 2AM. I’m woken up just about every other day early in the morning saying they need to fix something. I don’t think there’s a time when our master bathroom isn’t broken so I’m paying for two bed two bath and can only use one bath and it’s not even the master.
Had 5 stars. Brought it down after moving in. I'd give less if I could but I don't want the managers to retaliate. Still have things that haven't been fixed. Been here since June 2018. Got told when my job moved me in December that they intentionally make it impossible to break your lease. And even though I'm trying 3 hrs a day to and from work now, why should they suffer bc I wanna move??? EXACT WORDS! I was floored! How rude!
