They are wonderful. They always get us in quickly and my dogs are not afraid when they go in.
The vets at Summer Valley really showed great compassion with our dog and us. They made a really scared and hurting 11yo dog relax and allow them examine him and figure out what was wrong. They gave us medication at the visit and called to follow up to see how Hulk was doing. He is doing better BTW 😃
I was employed there and my pets were and are treated there. Dr. Fetter is outstanding!
When it was my dogs time to go we were at an emergency vet because summer valley couldn't get her in. Well her insurance company must have notified her normal vet when I cancelled her policy last week because today I received a sympathy card from them in the mail. She always loved visiting Dr. Fetter and all his techs were amazing with her! I cannot say enough good things about Summer Valley Vet! They were so patient and helpful for both my baby and I as we learned the ins and outs of her disease
they decided that the dog needed this and that and went ahead a did the services without asking and charged an extra amount on the bill but was told had to pay a small amout. then was told to get the 1000 or the dog would go to the pound but the pound would just put him to sleep bc they don't accept sick dogs. Horrible customer service and compassion
