I have grandchildren living in apt..looks nice from outside..don't take care of problems with apt...doors..dryer vents..leaks which lead to 2 floods in 2 days...young couples don't have a chance. .don't take them seriously. .always paid rent on time. ...really no star..as for as fixing issues. ...

It only got 1 star because I had to rate but if i didn't have to believe me so it wouldn't have any...My FAMILY AND I MOVED HERE IN MAY AND SINCE THEN IT'S BEEN HORRIBLE. WE HAVE ISSUES ALL IN THE APARTMENT THEY SEND EMAILS AS IF THEY WILL FIX IT BUT THEY NEVER DO. THE OUTSIDE OF THE COMPLEX IS CLEAN SOMETIMES PEOPLE PUT TRASH EVERYWHERE THROW THINGS AWAY THAT DON'T BELONG IN THE DUMPSTER THE TRASH PEOPLE WILL TOTALLY LOOK OVER IT AND IT WILL BE A MESS EVERYWHERE. I live in River Trace now and they are lousy. I really hate this place and will not deal with black folks again and I am black by the way.
River trace apts are being managed poorly,ihave heard about threats of residents being put out for get this "2.00"I heard about people paying their rent and have sign proof then management claim they didn't pay!owners you need to step up and see what's really going on I think you got a real problem your residents are very unhappy,most of them are thinking of moving!!
