We took our sick dog there which had cancer , they explained every option we had very clearly , they gave him pain relief so we could take him home to decide our options , at the end of the day there was only one humane option and we took him back for this option and they were sympathetic and caring through the procedure and left us for as long as we needed with our pet before before we left. Great service guys !!
Summer st vet clinic has been looking after our little dog Tilly for most of her 16 years, and they have been wonderful all through. They had the difficult task of putting her to sleep yesterday. Sally and her nurse came to our house and were so gentle, kind & understanding of a very stressful situation. They were both so sensitive & caring while still being so professional. Staff and veterinarians are wonderful
As a new client, I was quite nervous entrusting my favourite fur baby to anyone, but the warmth, and care here completely put me and my dog at ease. You can genuinely tell the staff really care about the patients they look after. We will definitely be returning and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their pets.
I needed an appointment urgently for a 12 week old kitten to be desexed, we rang a lot of vets and everyone was full except this vet. I think the surgery went well Although he cried all the way home, I’m not sure I never got to meet the vet. But the bill was double. I had another kitten desexed with the same procedure the day before in Bathurst and the bill was $253 today they charged me $560 for desexing with a small surgical procedure to retrieve a testicle (exactly the same as yesterday) and the same as the last 8 years o... read more
