Summer House is a wonderful place to live! While we lived there we appreciated access to the great amenities such as the pool and the rooftop deck. The maintenance team is excellent and management was very kind and understanding. The location can’t be beat with seconds-minutes access to all the hotspots of downtown!!! We would have loved to continue living here longer. Thank you Summer House for being a great apartment!
Summerhouse was a second home for us for a couple years. The staff was always very attentive and responded promptly whenever we had a request. Overall, a wonderful place to live and extremely convenient to great amenities!
The leasing office changes hands constantly and they are very unresponsive to residents. We have lived here for years, always paid ontime every time, and still the office finds ways to make us jump through hoops to reach them. However, they never miss a chance to nickel and dime you. Is it so hard for them to call if their paperwork is out of date? In response to Summer House’s response, I did try to speak with the manager, and they gave a rude response to my email.
