I had such a great experience with the Summer House. I was living there for the several years when they just open it for rent. I met so many great people! management was great and always accommodating. I loved concierge Jojo and people from cleaning and maintenance team was amazing! Highly recommend this place.
I have lived in summer house for three years on two different floors and in two different apartments styles. But what sets them apart from different apartments in the area is the community, I am always welcomed home by a smiling face whether is it is a member of staff or a neighbor. Every one here is so welcoming and friendly especially as dog owner with a not so well leash trained golden retriever. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make sure your apartment always at its best and they are extremely responsive.
It’s been a year and half living in Summer House. I love this apartment residents community and all the convenience around this area. I also would like to mention how great the maintenance team is. Very responsive, reliable and friendly. I can’t say enough about them. Thanks Khalid, Ariel and Ronnie. You guys are awesome.
Been a resident for almost 5 years. I’ve seen 2-3 different management / ownership companies in my tenure. None have been overly impressive, but while the management / leasing office staff may be inconsistent & a revolving door, the staff are all genuinely good people and always courteous.
