This practice has changed considerably since Dr. James Katib took over. He is a good dentist however is very expensive and tries to charge as much as he can get away with by going with a high priced procedure when low cost ones would be quite effective. And example is he strongly recommends a cap while a filing would suffice. I am now going to an honest dentist.
