Ms. Brenda is a great Property Manager and Julio, Billy & America are very great maintenance crew.
I would like to glorify Summer Ridge Apartments. Since Mrs.Brenda has taken over the Property Management I am impressed. I would like to speak about the Snow/Ice storm we had. The whole maintenance team did a phenomenal job making sure we as her tenants were safe . They were out making sure the front and back entrance and the sidewalks to our units were clear pathways to getting in and out of the building, to our cars and to the mailboxes.. I really appreciate the improvements being made at Summer Ridge beginning with the property manager, Brenda M. She is really putting in the effort to not only make the property better, but to help the residents. Ms. Brenda helped my family during a hard time to ensure we were able to get all our paperwork done correctly and timely. She is competent and caring and I really appreciate that.
UPDATE.....After living here for 3 years, during late 2025-2026 I had the displeasure of dealing with people using drugs in the common areas (hallways and laundry room), it will stink up my unit with whatever they're smoking. This place has rodents and roach issues. Some people who have dogs do not have the common decency to clean up the feces, leaving it on the sidewalks and stairs. The property manger is trying her best to fix the issues, but this complex needs cameras, security, and whatever else. With the up tick of home... read more
