I have mix feelings about this place. The room was ok except for the Bathroom tub. The water drained very slow while you take a shower so the water was all over your feet because it wouldn't drain the tub was very narrow at the bottom and Rusty a little bit because it needs to be repainted. The toilet kept running and you had to keep messing with the switch to flush it. We met Tina at the breakfast area and she was very nice and very helpful in the morning at breakfast. We checked out at 7:00 AM just to escape this hotel. From start to finish, the entire experience was a disaster. The check-in receptionist was extremely rude—there was absolutely no greeting, no "please," and no "thank you." Later in the evening, when we called about a defective ceiling fan, the front desk promised to send maintenance, but no one ever materialized. The room was awful. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have ever encountered. Due to a severe accident and medical emergency, we were physically unable to make our reservation. During one of the most traumatic and difficult moments of our lives, we hoped for understanding, compassion, and basic human decency. Unfortunately, we received none.
