We booked a room with 2 Queen Beds through Priceline. When went check in to the hotel, Hotel stuff informed us that Priceline sent the request for 1 King Bed rooms not 2 Queen Beds. So called Priceline and Priceline confirmed the request sent for 2 Queen Beds. Hotel still denied and they are blaming to be system glitch.....While in reality they overbooked their room and all 2 queen beds were sold out with MUCH higher price than what I purchased (Since it was 4th of July busy weekend). Poor value for money. This place is just old and tired. The only thing it has going for it, is its location. Everything else is just as minimal and as basic as it gets for a premium price. Breakfast is a joke: minimal food in a tiny crowded restaurant. Better get up early or you’ll be scraping the bottom of the barrel for scraps. The rooms are basic with tired and loud airconditioners. Our room was clean enough except for the carpet. Y’all better be bringing flip flops!
Bathroom full of mold that has simply been covered with wall paper sheets on bed were dirty. Wi-Fi pass never worked
BEDBUGS & ROACHES WERE FOUND IN OUR ROOM******** STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.... The manager at this hotel is COMPLETELY disrespectful... Be careful where u spend your money, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.
The best thing is location. Make this your last option regardless of the HD pics that make this place look updated. 3 night stay had to ask for towels , beds sheets were changed once. Asking for towels front desk act like they didn't want to get them. After 8:30am no more breakfast was being put out. Hot tub needs a deep clean, grimmy bottom. Indoor pool was ok. Stained towels, pillow cases and pullout couch. Another guest had air-condition leaking brown water and plumbing problems. Make this last last option, take my advise... read more
