Hope Nothing Ever Breaks or You're In Trouble! – I lived at Summer Place Apartments for over one year. I had to get out. Service was horrible. Roof leaked for months after being reported many times. I practically slept in my living room most of the time due to the fact that I feared for my health due to the mold and mildew from the rain. The maintenance is absolutely horrible and the manager told me that if I am not happy with the way things were handled to find another place to live - which is what I did.
