it's a NIGHTMARE to live here EVERY week there are the same hits with a sledgehammer on the floor of the apartment for 2 years. At any time of the day, night and early morning, the neighbor hits the ceiling because I wash dishes, because I vacuum the carpet, because I walk in the bathroom , because I get out of bed, it is torture to live with a neighbor like that in such an old building, I requested an apartment transfer and the current manager has denied it for 6 months since I requested it.

Love it here and have no complaints!!!! Fantastic size just for one person. Great neighborhood and everyone is peaceful and quiet:) can’t complain!
Llevo viviendo en este complejo de apartamentos alrededor de 1 año y 4 meses, desde que llegué a la oficina por primera vez nos atendió Marvin, muy amablemente todo el contrato fue bien explicado. Me encanta la ubicación y la tranquilidad que siempre hay y la prontitud con la que te arreglan las cosas. It's all about the chinchillas! (An extra $5 woulda gotcha 5 stars)
Summer Park is reasonably quiet. I like how it's close by to shopping and dinning but yet it's nestled away from the main road a little bit. The grounds are well maintained. Brent was a good leasing agent and so far the maintenence team has promptly responded to two work orders.
