They are so rude and unprofessional! The tools are very dirty, I do not recommend.
Sometimes they will accommodate you last minute as a walk in, but the ladies there can be very rude and they are not even that good. They rush the service and don’t pay attention to detail. Even when you make an appointment, you still have to wait. Poor customer service, and It’s not very relaxing, they need to update the salon. They get busy because there are only 2-3 nail salons in the area, and this one is not that great, but sometimes it’s your only option. I will find a new place.
Summer Nail Spa gave me a quick manicure during lunch break. I paid $13. pleasant energy. They use a hot steam towels on your hands and nails. The hand massage was wonderful.
They do the nails ok but always in a hurry and customer service is horrible. They do not have great bed side manner. They practically stood over me for me ro give a tip after I paid. Until I told them get out my face with that. They should be shut down if customer service is going to be like that.
