We went this past Sunday Nov. 2, 2025. Was not impressed with the customer service. The girl (barista) was rude and didn’t really answer our questions about the coffee. Plus she kept playing with her hair while she was taking our order which is very unsanitary. While making our order she continued to touch her hair and her face and never washed her hands to make the coffee. My matcha was very light with more moon milk than matcha.
