I have been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for nearly 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars here during that time. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed the way I view this business. What disappointed me most was not simply the issue that occurred, but the complete lack of concern shown afterward. This place is the bomb
Great spot to grab an iced coffee and do some reading or studying. Good iced coffee with the trimmings that I liked available. Cozy atmosphere and plenty of room when I arrived fo rme to sit down. I would return for another round for sure
I’ve always had great experiences at this location, which is why my last two visits stood out. On both occasions, the black-haired manager came across as unfriendly and didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. During my most recent visit, there were six employees behind the counter, with five facing away from the register. This is my favorite coffee shop and drive all the way from the opposite end of town to have it. Lately I’ve been buying the cold brew and moon milk to keep in my fridge. It’s expensive but worth every penny so I don’t have to drive to get it every time. The staff is always delightful and the drive thru at this location is my favorite feature.
