Love their coffee and service however the music was very loud ive been to this location twice and even asked if they can lower the music volume but unfortunately they didnt so dont recommend for studying or for meetings.

The overall experience was satisfactory until the customer service. The cashier was efficient. However, there was no initial greeting, but they ended up greeting the subsequent customer with enthusiasm. The cashier has a tendency to selectively choose their customers.

Not a very inviting atmosphere and couldn’t help but feel discriminated since we were in our hijabs (head covering). They didn’t say welcome at all, and didn’t really feel like they wanted to help and answer any questions. In fact they were making faces while making our drinks. Not once did they smile. So sad because we came all the way from Seattle and they ruined our experience and our day. The drinks were actually good but customer service and respectful environment is importance to me. I wanted to give this location the benefit of doubt because I love their drinks but the staff are rude and passive aggressive the 3 times I’ve went I’ve had rude staff . the last time I went i was over charged I paid $8 for a small drink nothing else .I asked for a large drink and my order was done wrong as well .
