As a former corporate Chick-fil-A trainer, I am huge on atmosphere and customer service. Even though Summer Moon has always been top-notch on every visit, no matter which location here in the upstate, Delaney SLAYED customer service today at the Greenville location. I’m at summer moon all the time - it’s the best coffee I’ve had in Greenville since I moved up last year. One of your staff, Kaia, is always there, always has a smile on her face, and even remembered my name when I came in. She’s really so great - I’m not sure what you guys are paying her but she deserves more for real!!
Super cute place and love the style and employees!! Everything danish was delicious but the matcha wasn’t great. Would definitely come back though!!
