I am not fond of these guys service.
This was/is a very good alternative to Starbucks, with a very friendly and professional staff, and a good rich smell of their coffees
I expected more after having visited their branch close to The Domain. Music was too loud and a few staff members seemed sleepy and even moody. The half moon latte was amazing, tho.
