Usually my experience is wonderful because I come when it's not busy. However, this morning I showed up with a few people ahead of me. Once I ordered, I noticed people who came in after me and ordered through the same line were getting their coffees before me. I understand how guest flow works, and how long coffees take to make. If its drip, sure, serve them first. Several shot-based beverages should not go out before me when I ordered several minutes before them. This location has improved significantly under new management and staff! Adrian the GM is such a delight and you can tell he really cares and wants his team to succeed and for the customers to be happy. They went from being constantly understaffed to a well run and great team! They are the best part of my Monday mornings seeing them first thing! Nothing to say most don’t already know about the coffee. There is simply nothing else out there that comes close to the taste of Summer Moon!

1st time visitor. Ordered a 3/4 Moon Latte, black tea and a choc cake donut. Drinks were delicious especially at the price point. Donut was alright. Friendly staff, cute atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
