The location that is the subject of this review is on Burnet in Austin, TX. I am from the Dallas area. I visit this location when I am in town. This was the worse in customer service of the 5 locations I have visited in the DFW, Houston, and Austin areas. On 1 occasion, my integrity was questioned on an online order for pickup, about whether I had paid for "no ice". In fact, there existed with their online order site when ordering no ice.
