20 mins waiting, no order in sight, 4 ppl working, I am the only person waiting, wasn't acknowledged, and no apology. Very poor customer service for ordering here multiple times a week.
I’m disappointed with this store. The product is good which is why I keep returning. However, this week I went in and discovered a person I know to be charged as a sex offender in the Leander ISD working at the store. I am really disappointed summer moon would stoop to this level especially considering that every time I’ve come to this location, the workers are young high schoolers. Do better summer moon.
Everytime I come through the drive thru the staff is insanely nice.
They actually have the sweetest staff in all of Austin. I come here a couple times a week, mostly for their spiced chia latte, and without fail they always brighten my day. Thanks for being such a happy and welcoming place!!
