Dr. Lam is one of the most responsive, caring physicians I've ever seen and I'm a nurse practitioner, so I've worked with and seen many, She is extremely thorough, takes her time and we are so fortunate to have her as our PCP
She is amazing! She is so caring and compassionate and also listens to your concerns and isn’t one that just prescribes pills unnecessarily.
Dr. Lam is very kind and is willing to listen and try to find a solution to the issue(s) you are having. She takes the time to explain procedures and why or why not they should or shouldn't be done. I appreciate all the help she has given me through the years. It is a little difficult to get an appointment since she seems to be booked out at least a month in advance but she is worth the waiting if you can.
Getting an appointment with Dr Lam was a chore, however I am very pleased with her expertise. I received a call from her office 1 week prior to my appointment (which had been made over 3 months in advance) saying that a mistake had been made and Dr Lam would be in a meeting the day of my appointment and I would need to reschedule. Fortunately, Dr Lam's knowledge and personality won me over in an instant. I cannot recommend the facility & staff, but highly recommend Dr Lam.
Dr Lam is an amazing doctor full of compassion as well as the desire to find a solution.
