I bought a "Extra Tall & Wide Arch Safety Gate" (Item #*****) at *******. The box and manual say it fits openings between 28" and 42". IT'S A LIE! I tried to install it in an opening of 38" at the bottom and 39.5" (MEASURES INSIDE THE LIMITS ADVERTISED BY SUMMER) but it just doesn't work. They must learn how to 1) design their products 2) advertise them properly and accurately. We'll never buy anything from this company again. Save your dollars!!!

I received a baby gate for my baby shower. Within one week of putting it up, my 15 month old leaned on it and it ripped out of the wall - we had used the provided mounting and anchors and they were defective. I reached out to the company and it took them over two weeks to respond. They said there is nothing they can do as the product is out of warranty. I tried explaining we didn’t put the gate up until my son was walking, so yes it was past the 90 day warranty. They offered me a 30% off another product - why would I buy ano... read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Terrible customer service. Rude reps! I've contacted them for two weeks to get a replacement monitor. We had a $200 monitor that stopped working in 2 months! They kept telling me they weren't getting my emails and to resend. I kept doing it and it says "seen". I contacted them via chat, email, ******** and *********. NOBODY will do anything!

After several phone calls and emails to the company I finally received my $99 voucher for a recalled infant sleeper. When I tried to use the voucher for an $89 purchase my shipping was calculated to be $41.95. How is it even ethical to charge 46% of an order for ground shipping? What's even worse is that the website listed "Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $70." This brand is horrible. I had one of their monitors for 5 months and dropped it once and it completely stopped working. I called them to request a new one and they blamed me for the damage and refused to send me a new monitor. Why is it so fragile? I will gladly purchase a new monitor from a different company a better customer service.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was hung up on 3 times. Promised a call back I never received. I they did not honor their warranty. It was gross.

I was gifted a baby gate well within the warranty period. The baby gate does not work as intended as the gate is VERY easy to open (my 2.5 year old, 1 year old, and dog can all open it). We attempted to troubleshoot (tightening the gate) but no luck. I was told it was defective and needed replaced. The problem? It was manufactured more than a year ago and they only stand behind products manufactured less than a year ago. Lesson learned. If you are gifted a product by them, check the manufacturer date!! I am sorry to hear the experience you had. All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase with a copy of the receipt. In the case that the receipt is not available then it is one year from date of manufacture. We also give an additional 3 months to the manufactures date code to put you into the warranty if you don’t have the receipt. I do apologize however, not having the receipt the date code you provided to us was well over the warranty plus the 3 additional months.

I bought a baby monitor 2 years ago, I recently moved so it was packed and I hadn't used it in 4 months. I unpacked it, went to use it and the app no longer worked! I called the company and I gave them the model number and I was told the app is now no existant and can no longer use it! I said so that's it? $130 baby monitor and it's unusable after 2 years?? She said, yes pretty much! Wow! Nice product summer! Buyer beware, they make expensive products unusable after a couple years! Very sad! I will never purchase another sum... read more

Sold a "wifi" camera with an unreliable monitor, then decided to discontinue the app so you are no longer able to use the wifi function after their monitor breaks down. They are essentially stealing from their customers, offering them a discount so you can spend MORE money on a monitor that is going to break. Their customer service is severely lacking and their employees are rude.
