This place is horrible I spoke to a b**** name ***** and I asked her several questions about a letter I was suppose to receive she had someone in the background coaching her on what to say I asked if I can speak to a regional manager she said she cant give me that information like if it was confidential I was renting in that piece of s*** for a year and didnt stay a year I was still giving money on time the lady ***** is racist and she dont know what she doing and need to be fired do not rent from them they are disgusting

$120 in application fees that was never refunded despite management stating that there is no application fee. The link provided won't allow you to proceed with the application until the fee is paid. After probing about the discrepancy management denied the refund, plus never got back my security deposit due to 30 day notice of move out. ***** tried to evict me literally 3 times since I have moved in last month!! For something I havent even done. She wont accept my rent and nowhere in the lease states that they cant accept checks from a 3rd party!! She also threatened to evict me because she claims she received a notice that I disconnected my Greenville utilities and said if I dont get it switched back in 48 hours Ill be evicted! Something has to be done about this lunatic and if not no will definitely make it happen.

I've been at summergreen for 4 years , have never missed rent and over the past 4 years we had some property damage issues which I've reported and never got fixed and this year they have sent me a 10-day letter to where I had to leave in 10 days which was against the law which I called ***** the property manager and told her it was against the law and she called me back and said basically I had until December to leave which is when my lease ends anyways and she said it wasn't her decision it was the property owners decision ... read more

Me and my family stayed here for 5 years and were never late on rent but maybe once. In our last six months we had a myriad of issues. The unit itself was falling apart with leaking sink pipes, a leaking fridge, an a/c unit that broke and was never properly replaced (they put a smaller unit in the window that let bugs inside), paint peeling and falling from the ceiling, etc. The biggest issue however was with us moving out.
