Janitor takes rag that smells like poop and pee & wipes the INSIDE of the dryers. The whole inside making them contaminated and smelly. I told him to not do that while im using the washer. I had 4 loads in . He turns on his phone recording me secretly then comes back into the laundry room I asked him please dont wipe them out. Apt is contaminated. Janitors leave hallways dirty . There's spit on the walls from the guy in# 350 it's all over the walls . If you look on the 2nd story there's no spit . Janitors mops around stains on floor instead of just mopping it . Manuel will wipe down your door with a rag that smells like body odor maybe he's marking his territory? Same rag is black and contaminated he uses to wipe down rails . It's been dirty for years . My suggestion is Sue the manager please don't " Manage any other apts " please thank you .

Guy in # 350 spits all over the walls its caked on . Then he parks with his bumper on your car so you can't move. Plays temu security Oh yea and manager thinks its all cute.

Lived here in 2019-2020 and wanted to give a review and I hoped it changed for the better. My apartment was infested with roaches before I moved. At the time, I had a nice apartment manager. The apartments are right by the railroad and its extremely loud. Neighbors were nice.

If you are African American the Management will harras discriminate against you. especially "Sue "the manager . That and she will say extremely rude things like your stealing if your walking with a package . She wants to check the address . Really disrespectful rude biased call it racist.
