I would not recommend doing business with this apartment management based on my family’s experience. My elderly parents were sent to the office to complete paperwork, and instead of being treated with patience and respect, they were spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and degrading manner. The employee told them they were “just wasting my time coming over here” and said they were “doing you a favor by even looking at this.” No one especially elderly individuals who may need a little extra assistance should be spoken to that way... read more
Grow up here in these apartments. The new management sucks. Absolutely worse one we had. It’s been going down hill and they haven’t been helping if we had a complaint. They didn’t fix our stairs when it broke and used wooden planks, to which those broke and were dangerous. Everyone in the office rude and condescending except for one lady. Literally they keep losing my papers and my mothers too. Really frustrating. They don’t leave notices to when thing will happen. Do not move here unless you have no other option this place has horrible management and bug infestations of crickets and roaches. They let me move into an apartment with a bug problem as a mother of 2 small children and one on the way this is unexceptible the floors are loose and broken the building is not up to code and not what I signed up for I have never lived in a place so bad or nasty it smells like mold it makes me want to cry my children deserve better and im on the hunt to live else where I was provided with a unhab... read more
