I applied for a 3 bedroom and regardless if we get it or not I just wanted to share my experience with one of the ladies in the office she was so nice and patient a genuine person doing her job had great customer service more places need people like her thank you so much to Joli Ransom when your a struggling family trying to secure a home it's such a blessing for someone to be kind and helpful through that process.
They are screwing us over by raising our rent without letting us know and many other things
We’ve been living here for almost 10 years, they’ve been raising our rent every year without giving an explanation, we either pay or get kicked out, they’ve staff are very passive aggressive and have a bad attitude, these people dont understand that we are LOWER MIDDLE CLASS. we don’t have all the money in the world for them to play with our rent that way. They do not care about the people living here.
I've applied multiple times and for no good reason one of the girls kept removing me from the waiting list. I personally don't know them or anything. So I don't know why they kept doing that. So I've waited 6 total years and last time I applied and was again removed by the same person. I was called by a different women and she told me name of the person who kept removing me. So I decided to look elsewhere. Not saying names but I was glad to know the person who did wrong. God will give her what she deserves one day for doing ... read more
