Do not move here unless you have no other option this place has horrible management and bug infestations of crickets and roaches. I applied for a 3 bedroom and regardless if we get it or not I just wanted to share my experience with one of the ladies in the office she was so nice and patient a genuine person doing her job had great customer service more places need people like her thank you so much to Joli Ransom when your a struggling family trying to secure a home it's such a blessing for someone to be kind and helpful through that process.
They are screwing us over by raising our rent without letting us know and many other things
We’ve been living here for almost 10 years, they’ve been raising our rent every year without giving an explanation, we either pay or get kicked out, they’ve staff are very passive aggressive and have a bad attitude, these people dont understand that we are LOWER MIDDLE CLASS. we don’t have all the money in the world for them to play with our rent that way. They do not care about the people living here.
