Dr. Z is easy to talk to. When I got my bottom dentures they didn’t fit right, so he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and now my bottom dentures fit great! Thank you so much Dr. Z!!!
My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Her face has swollen and she can't close her mouth. I got a flash light and looked in her mouth, the cut the inside of her cheek and there is stitches in her cheek right along with the gum. She's on antibiotics but she definitely has infection going on. I would not recommend this location for this kind of procedure.
They took all my teeth out..left a bunch halfway in and pieces of others..my mouth hurts constantly ...the did a bad job all around ..the staff was really nice but I had no idea it would hurt constantly and that piece of teeth would be left in . Crazy!!
I don't know where Summer Dental in Shawnee, Oklahoma, got good reviews, but I can tell you the truth, and that is that first of all they pulled the wrong tooth for an extraction. I went back and they pulled the right one and I made a special point of emphasizing that I wasn't given any pain medication.. it's 8:32PM still no pain prescription called in to Walgreens here in Shawnee... I had the 2 extractions done before 2 The receptionist did not, and was not going to relate my message to the manager, untill I showed back up ... read more
I have received excellent care at Summer Dental in Yukon. I recently paid $1500 for a crown and when I left the office I was told when they looked at my records they said I was good. Now they want me to pay additional money for X-rays necessary for the crown. Why do they want more money?
I forgave the first visit when the young male dentist capped my tooth with only 1/2 a tooth causing great pain for months! I felt that this was totally wrong and even after coming back due to intense pain they slapped a numbing solution on the bare tooth and tried to shove me away, it didn't work. I had to demand they either pull it or cover the entire tooth with the cap. I switched to the Wednesday only dentist, supposedly better, to fix the problem.
