As someone who lived in Summer Crest (SC) for a very long time, I had my share of bad experiences. I have also heard the experiences of others who have come & gone over the years. A lot of which one would need to see to believe. Yes, the lack of maintenance presence is well known but that is far from the worst thing about that place. Lived here a couple years ago on first floor. Unit kept flooding coming up from beneath the floor. Nothing ever done to fix or move me to another Unit. Would not compensate me for ruined furniture.
