Mrs Dana was VERY cooperative throughout my entire application process and approval! She’s a great manager and looks after her residents and keeps it nice around here!! Keep up the Good work!!
Ive driven by this property for years, it did not give off the most positive views and would of never considered recommending a family member apply. As of lately the property's view has improved greatly. I have called and even stopped by to inquire for a family member. Dana is beyond great. Her standards say just where all these improvements came from. Great choice in manager!!!!! What an rock star asset Dana is!!!!
If I could give the process of trying to get accepted, a zero, I would. If it wasn't for the NEW property manager, Mrs. Dana, I wouldn't have "my forever" home. I NEVER want to buy, cause expenses, paying out of pocket is so much! As a single mom, I was absolutely losing my mind, trying to find something in my "budget". Even though, I felt like I was going crazy, Mrs. Dana went over and beyond. She stepped in, told me to "trust the process" and that she knew I would be comfortable here. I thank you so so much. Ms Dana is the newest property manager and I can say she's the best we've had. She and the maintenance man is getting things fixed. She's understanding and will do everything in her power to help you out. Love her energy
