Clean, safe,Quiet We lived here for just over 3 years. It’s a pleasant place. Management is great and the upkeep of the property impressed us when looking at other places. If it wasn’t for our jobs making us relocate we’d still be living here to this day. Highly recommend to anyone looking in Escondido. Mostly quite complex, clean, safe and easy access to freeways. Rent was also very reasonably priced.
Don’t live here. Save your money and live somewhere else. They are high priced for cheap stuff. Everything is so cheap and breaks. Plus they have ROACHES. We lived in 1 unit, no roaches, moved to another, ROACHES. Plus the lady’s in the office are rude & act like they hate there job & take it out on the residents. Please don’t live here. Parking is a nightmare as well & the laundry room is always filthy.

All my issues were taken care ... read more
