We havent lived here very long. Not impressed with the shape that things are in here. We have only been here a month. And, we have had numerous issues with the plumbing. And, the air conditioner leaked very badly and soaked the floor. The rent is fairly cheap. If you are only wanting to stay for a short time if could be okay. But, I dont suggest living here for a drawn out period of time.
