Summer cove has to be the WORST complex I have ever lived at. When your in the process of moving in the staff is great and will sell you dreams the moment you move in and hand them all your money forget about it! When something is broken and can’t be used forget about even sending a request for it being fixed because it will be completely ignored. I have been trying to get in touch with staff at the office to get some more information, make an appointment for a tour and hopefully apply for this community however no one is answering or responding my emails. The water bill to high all the time and the $80.00 Bright House Cable to much for basic cable.
