I had a miserable experience with administration here. I was consistently overcharged, told I had not paid (despite paying automatically by bank draft), and generally screwed over by poor bookkeeping. Every month was a fight over whether or not I had paid and how much I owed, bringing in stacks of paperwork each time as proof. Nice apartment units, but terrible management. Avoid.
