Summerbrook Apartments is by far THE WORST place my family and I have ever resided in! It is a complete dump, that is completely run down and decrepit! We lived there just 2 months shy of 6 years total and none of the major maintenance issues throughout the complex were ever addressed or fixed the whole duration of the time we lived there! The "new" manager is a thief and a liar!
