Update 3/8/2025 I moved out after 3 years here. They made me pay $300 for water on my prorated rent (charge for water for 3 days on month bill. unit had been vacant for two months prior). Then they charged me $743 for move out charges for normal wear and tare that happens when you live in a place 3 years. They never fixed the Roches and have had to get rid of a lot of our electronics since we moved due to them being infested. I love the location of this place but I wouldn't recommend it.
