Very bad experience. The maintenance team is not responsive. Whenever you come to them with any problems or issues, it takes weeks for them to take action and resolve them. There are also bugs and maintenance issues that remain unresolved for a long time. On top of that, if there is any damage or maintenance concern, they make the process very difficult. Hello everyone, If you are considering moving to Summer Bend Apartments, please be aware of the parking situation. If you do not own a vehicle, this may not be a concern. However, I have personally experienced my vehicle being hit three separate times by different drivers at different times while living here. My vehicle was brand new, and these incidents have been very frustrating and costly. new to the community, riley is great at what she does , getting an apartment was smooth and easy.
I have been living at Summerbend since 8 years and had no issues but the new management are the worst, arrogant and very rude, especially Jonathan James. This guy constantly insult you non stop during your conversations, no respects for women as well as zero in professionalism. No respect to treat their residents right at all. I can’t complaint enough for them. Don’t even think about moving at summerbend otherwise you will be screwed since they charge insane amount of money for move out.
