Ive had a serious infestation of roaches and ants in my unit since moving in early March of this year. I submitted two maintenance requests, and both were canceled with the promise that pest control would be sent instead. That never happened. Management then told me to email them directly and asked for a chance to fix the issue, yet still no action has been taken. Now, I have ants all over my bedroom and ant bites all over my legs. I’m here in 1305-311, the only major concern I have is water and sewage bill was never under $200! I’m writing here as I see this time it’s ~ $250 which is close to 20% of rent… and we are just two adults and a 2year old living here…
I recently leased a 2B2B apartment here and I absolutely love it! The space is clean, comfortable, and just what I was looking for. A big thank you to Stephanie and Ann they’ve been amazing throughout the entire process. Both were super friendly, responsive, and made everything so smooth and easy. Their support and professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and a supportive management team!
