Glad we got out of this hell. I lived here for more than a year. Summerbend apartment is a scam. During move-out out they will send you a lot of blurry pictures which does not make any sense. They also charge an insane amount when you move out for cleaning, even if you cleaned before you left. I even had stuff marked on the move-in form that they charged me for when I moved out, which defeats the form's purpose.
