Very disappointed with the maintenance service. My AC has been blowing warm air, and the temperature inside my apartment has already reached 80°F. I have submitted three maintenance requests, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Living without a working AC in the Texas heat is unacceptable. Place is centrally located. Buildings are old. When you walk floor tails give you a feel like they are loose. Infested eith pigeons and cockroaches. Very nearer to Thomas jefferson park. When ever you wish you can go for a walk. Indian food is avilable in plenty of festaurants near by.
I had a very bad experience living at Summerbend Apartments in Irving, Texas. In my opinion, these are some of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Most of the equipment and amenities do not work properly. The A/C was a major issue. During the summer, even though the A/C unit ran almost 24 hours a day, the indoor temperature would still stay around 80–85 degrees. Very bad experience. The maintenance team is not responsive. Whenever you come to them with any problems or issues, it takes weeks for them to take action and resolve them. There are also bugs and maintenance issues that remain unresolved for a long time. On top of that, if there is any damage or maintenance concern, they make the process very difficult.
