The apartment is very good, I took an 1B1B apartment, it is spacious and very comfortable as well. The maintenance and staff are very well friendly. Great place to stay.
If you are looking for a 1 star apartment complex you have come to the right place. I moved in August last year and recently moved out this year after signed a 12 month lease. The location of the these apartments is awesome for the price but that’s it. I moved in and immediately had to make maintenance requests. I had a leak under my bathroom sink immediately when I got in, the dishwasher rack was broken, and there was an old wasp nest between the mesh screen and my bed room window that they didn’t even bother to clean out. ... read more

Ive had a serious infestation of roaches and ants in my unit since moving in early March of this year. I submitted two maintenance requests, and both were canceled with the promise that pest control would be sent instead. That never happened. Management then told me to email them directly and asked for a chance to fix the issue, yet still no action has been taken. Now, I have ants all over my bedroom and ant bites all over my legs.
