Everyone was very nice. Dr. Pannozzo was great! He looked at X-rays and mri that had been taken; showed me and explained to me what I was looking at; then suggested treatment, that no one has suggested before that didn’t include surgery. He treated me the same day as well. I highly recommend Dr. Pannozzo.
