I've been to this urgent care a few times when I couldn't get into my primary care doctor right away. The staff and providers have always been kind. The building is also modern and clean. I've never waited more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, which is pretty fast for an urgent care. I definitely recommend this location.
The day before my appointment that was scheduled a month ago. I get an email saying that I have to pay $225.00. Would’ve been nice if they told me this a month ago. Due to not having $225 and not be able to shit money I had to cancel my appointment.
No one in ER, still long wait. Karen doctor that didnt want to listen stared at me like she had something wrong upstairs. Left without treatment, doctor told me in her opinion I wasn't sick long enough and I made the mistake of hacking my lungs out outside right before so lungs were somewhat clear when she checked - she decided to trust this observation as proof that I wasn't sick over my vocalized experiences of hacking up green stuff and constant mucus production. Will not be back to this location.
DO NOT GO HERE. I came here on April 30th experiencing lightheadedness/dizziness. They refused to run blood work and told me it was probably stress and sent me off with nothing. I ended up going to Cleveland Clinic ER where the examining physician told me my eye was twitching which was a symptom of peripheral vertigo. The ER ran blood work and gave me a prescription to help me. The NP at Summa did the same examination and clearly was not paying attention or she would have seen my eye twitching.
