The level of care and kindness was excellent. The only issue is that they were understaffed. Whoever is managing this facility really needs to get extra staff to help.
Nurse practitioner Chris..... Without a doubt the most unqualified, unpersonable, uneducated person in health insurance who doesn't listen but rather cuts you off. Her after care report is NOTHING like the actual visit was in person. If you are going to this urgent care, only go is you have cold /flu symptoms, she MIGHT be able to handle that. Fyi, I walked out while she was talking because she had no idea what she was saying.
Staff is very nice. They are able to get you in quickly if needed. For general things I think they are fine, for more complex issues I would recommend going somewhere else. Booked me for a test over a month out with a serious issue, gave me numbers to call to try and get sooner appt. They dropped the ball on patient advocating I feel. Luckily I got a sooner appt due to me calling around. Doctor's and Nurse Practitioners never seem to be there long. As soon as you get use to someone they seem like there leaving.
