I went with my sister to her ultrasound appointment and honestly, the experience was frustrating. The tech, Ginger, started off by pointing out that we were 15 minutes late and basically said we only got seen because someone else canceled. I get that there are policies, but the way it was said felt more like a scolding than a welcome (the tardiness was not intentional, we just looked at the right date, wrong time with there being so many appointments.) I truly appreciate the staff and doctors here. I explained to Tabitha and Meredith I would be losing my insurance due to being laid off and they worked with people across the Summa network to find me an appointment before my insurance ended. Could not speak higher of the respect and gratitude I have for this team!

The scheduler in the back has been here for awhile now and she still doesn’t know how to book an appointment and want to argue with you after you just talked to the doctor about having two appointments and she tries to only make you one she is horrible at her job.
I usually love this place but they was so rude today didn’t care to see me even though I told them I been to ER for bleeding can’t even get seen it’s very disgusting how booked they claim to be like how is that possible to NOT BE SEEN until weeks from now with possible miscarriage… wow
