No need to worry about me anymore I will be switching absolutely everything over to Cleveland Clinic I am so unbelievably unsatisfied and upset with every single service I got from Summa health. Easy to access, plenty of parking, and you're treated like a person, not a number! I've always had great experiences at the blood lab and the imaging center.
Do not schedule here the office staff doesn't communicate and the receptionist will intentionally argue with you to reschedule even if you show up on time or even the time they ask and she blames it on you. Then lies to the doctor saying you were late. The level of unprofessionalism is wild!
