I never want to leave a bad review but here I am after multiple disappointments from this office. They are the absolute worst and coming from someone who was in the medical feild its absolute disgrace how they treat theyre patients. 1st off trying to get them to answer their phone is a joke ur waiting at least a half hr they bounce you around from np to doctors like its nothing and I will say they do get u in pretty quickly depending on what ur being seen for but the doctors barley listen or talk to jus trying to get into th... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Cullen for over 20 years. I had an appointment this morning. I get to the office and was told my appointment was cancelled. They left me a VM. I didn't receive the message. There was no I am sorry or empathy at all from the girl at the front desk. They acted as if it were my fault the appointment was cancelled.. I used 2 hours of PTO to take off work and drove 35 minutes to get to the office. They didn't try to squeeze me in or anything. I feel very frustrated and disappointed.
