Good care. Lots of doctors to choose from with a wide arrange of specialties. Don’t be late or you will get rescheduled!
Dr. Simeone has been the worst health care experience of my life. It started with sending a MyChart message that I got a reply to 10 days later - they are supposed to reply within 48 hours. Next, my appointment was cancelled because I was 15 minutes late. That was my fault, but the solution presented to me was I could sit in the office until 11:30 (it was currently 9:15) and MAYBE she could see me then. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating when I call to schedule an appointment. Both times they have gotten me right in within the week or even same day!! They take the time to communicate and ensure the best care, they don’t rush the care and time spent speaking with the patient. 10/10 recommend!!! There are none of the usual “hoops” to jump through to receive care here!
