I have spent an entire year wasting my time with these people. I’ve been to their dermatologist 3 times, and once was because they screwed up and I had to revisit. The other 2 times? They froze my face and it had no results. I’ve had to walk around with freezer burn on me for nothing. They can’t schedule. Their staff is rude across the board. They are absolute trash. Good luck trying to get an appt with the front desk. They make you sit on hold to talk to a nurse about why you are making an appt. Then bill you for a Nurse visit even if you never made it through hold to talk to a nurse. So really they bill even when no service was rendered that is just so wrong. Oh and good luck trying to get them to listen to you in your appt they will tell you go to the ER for literally everything.
Very good experience going here. Dr is very knowledgeable. Caring and takes very good care of you. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a physician.
