They won't help veterans with the VA. Great to find out at the front door. They said it costs $220 just to walk in the door, that doesn't cover Dr time meds or any service. What a scam.
I came in incredibly sick and in immense pain after vomiting with a fever and chills for 3 days paired with an allergic reaction to insect bites. While the receptionists and intake nurse were incredibly kind, the NP Chris who came in was belittling, rude, and insulting to me. Before even looking at me she dismissed me and told me that I'm emotional, imagining things, or pregnant. No wait but was given a steroid pill for a sinus infection and asked if it would interfere with a yeast infection I was having issues with then and I was told no… Dr. was Named Emily. Guess who ended up in the ER again because steroids in fact do cause yeast infections to get worse! Thanks for worsening my pain and causing another ER bill! Some people should not have medical license.. Will not return here.
I went to this location Saturday morning very sick. After a Covid test came back negative I was told it possibly might be a virus, "needs to run its course but can't rule out allergies". It was very hard to breathe & my chest felt heavy. After not improving & getting more ill, I went to the Hartville Urgent Care, after a chest x-ray I was diagnosed with bronchitis!
