Very disappointing experience today. One of the staff members barely even looked at us, let alone smiled or greeted us politely, while she was warm and welcoming to others around us. It honestly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Hospitality should be consistent for every guest, not selective. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously.
The service is great and the restaurant itself is comfortable. The food is the downside. The dishes we ordered were lacking recognizable thai complexity and balance. The pad thai is saucy and wildly sweet. Would not recommend.
