Had a horrible toothache due to an infection that happened overnight, called them on a Friday morning and had relief within a hour! Wisdom teeth are very painful but they made my experience pain free! Would recommend them to anyone! Very compassionate, understanding and amazing bedside manners!
Dr. Thompson is a wonderful dentist. My anxiety is over the top everytime I go and IDK why because the staff is extremely nice and comforting. The ladies in the front are so friendly. The Dental assistants are so patient with me. I know I gotta get on their nerves. Lol! I can't think of 1 negative thing to say about this office.
I have anxiety, especially surrounding dentists and work on my teeth and Sumiton family dental’s staff made my treatment comfortable! I came back in frantic about my teeth since I noticed something that wasnt there when I checked in office which triggered a panic attack, and woman at the front desk was so kind and sat me down and talked with me about my concerns. She allowed me to be seen again for more reassurance so I would leave feeling better about my results. Love it!
I had an upper plate made by a different dentist I went to Sumiton dentistry and got a new set of upper plates got them within a week and they see it great people are very nice and friendly and don't have to wait long at all
