Great place, honest, hard working staff. I stopped by with a nearly flat tire and they took me in right away. Unfortunately, turned out it was an old valve and not the tire that was leaking and so had to get this handled by my car dealership. They replaced with my spare tire and did not want to charge me for all the assessment and spare installation. Was very grateful for their service and definitely would recommend these guys to anyone that needs servicing for their vehicle.
I just went here to get a safety inspection after RUDLEY getting turned away at "Great People" because my insurance card wasn't loading on my phone for like 3 minutes. The staff at Sumida's was super friendly and super fast. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great experience, and I'll be getting my safety check here from now on!
I feel like I was taken for a ride and estimate diagnostic explanation was unprofessional to say the least. The reason I say this is they ran diagnostic test on one area of my car telling me that I needed a new compressor for my airmatic suspension. 1200.00$ and not guarantee that will solve the problem but needed to before they would run any more diagnostic tests. We took our VW Jetta here because it had a fuel leak. Juan told us the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, then told us we couldn’t leave the car there over the weekend while they waited for the parts to come in. While leaving the parking lot, the car broke down. Sumidas still wouldn’t let us leave the car over the weekend and told us it was because they wanted to keep the spots open for other customers. Needed a safety inspection and was short on time. Didn’t need an appointment and they were able to take care of me as soon as I got there and finished in under 15 minutes. Great establishment.
