Delivery minimum is $25 +$4 deliver charge (before tip). After 1.5hrs tonight I received my delivery - General Tso chicken, cold, missing rice. After the time and money, hardly worth the money or a rating.
I went to this place last night and it might be the best chinese food I've ever had outside of China. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant and we all ate way too much. Can't wait to go back.
