Beautiful aesthetics, food that will literally melt in your mouth, and chef that cares about quality over costs. This was hands down one of the best meals of my life. Sumi Robata is full dining experience, not just another Chicago restaurant. Thank you so much Chef Gene Kato and Jessica for such an amazing night.
