Couldn’t be happier with our experience on our first home purchase with Suman. Suman was truly a great individual who understood what we wanted and assisted in all types of ways throughout the whole process. His expertise on the different types of houses, pricing, areas, etc. along with providing advice/opinions on what we should and shouldn’t be looking at when viewing houses really helped put our trust in him. He was last agent to return our inquiry, could not be bothered to show us his listing, asked if we could get another agent to show it to us, and asked to see finances before we even saw the place. The other two agents I contacted to see listings were incredibly accommodating and prompt and did not ask for any financial information before showing us the properties, so I guess it's not standard operating procedure as this individual is attempting to imply.
