I've have been dealing with Suman Karki on numerous properties and have always been impressed by his services. Suman takes his time to carefully address all questions and concerns, and doesn't rush you during the whole purchase transaction. He provides his honest opinion and makes a strong effort to educate us on what is going on. I highly recommend anyone in need of a realtor to contact suman.

Bought my very first home through Suman Karki during March 2018. He made the whole process very simple by showing me numerous properties that fit my interests...asides from his real estate experience, Suman had also referred me to a mortgage specialist as well as a real estate lawyer and guided me through the whole first time home buyer experience.
